ST. JOHN’S SCHOOL SCIENCE DEPARTMENT HOLDS ITS ANNUAL BATTLE OF THE SCIENCE WHIZ 2010

St. John’s School recently held its annual Battle of the Science Whiz under the umbrella of Science Department. This activity aimed to set a spirit of teamwork among the groups in solving science problems and issues. The competition revolves around the concepts of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and their basic applications in life. “It is amazing to solve science problems in this kind of setting, away from the teacher’s pure lecture method ‘ said one of the Form 5 participants. The winners received a certificate after the event for recognizing the job well done. Science Department continues to pursue its goal to deliver Science concepts through best strategies that would help students understand science principles better.
